Delivery & Returns
We currently ship throughout Europe. Here you will find all important information about our shipping costs and delivery times:
Shipping costs:
• Germany: €5.90
• EU countries: €8.90
• Switzerland & UK: €17.90
Delivery times:
• Germany: 3-5 business days
• EU countries: 4-6 business days
• Switzerland & UK: 5-7 business days
Shipping service providers:
Shipping is secure and fast with DHL and DPD.
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking code.
Partial deliveries:
Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. We will cover the additional shipping costs.
Returns:
The costs for returns are not covered by us and must be borne by the customer.
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
